Navigate divorce with more clarity and less chaos
One-on-one support to help you lead with clarity—not overwhelm.
Divorce is overwhelming — you don’t have to do it alone.
The decisions, the emotions, the uncertainty—it can all hit at once. You’re expected to hold it together while your life is coming apart. That’s where coaching comes in.
As your divorce coach, I’m here to be a steady presence during a very unsteady time. Someone to talk to, strategize with, and stay grounded alongside—so you can make choices that reflect your values, protect your kids, and help you move forward with confidence.

What is divorce coaching?
⚓︎
A calm, private space to think out loud and untangle what’s really going on
⚓︎
Support preparing for legal meetings, mediation, or court
⚓︎
Tools to communicate more clearly and avoid unnecessary conflict
⚓︎
Help making decisions based on your values—not fear or panic
⚓︎
A thinking partner, an emotional guide, and someone in your corner who truly gets it
⚓︎

Coaching is for you if:
⚓︎ You feel lost, overwhelmed, or stuck
⚓︎ You’re navigating betrayal, high-conflict communication, or parenting challenges
⚓︎ You want to feel more in control of your choices
⚓︎ You’re trying to stay grounded for your kids (and for yourself)
⚓︎ You don’t want to hand over all your power—or your peace—to a lawyer
How divorce coaching works
-
(typically over 3–4 months)
-
flexible, private, and accessible
-
for when you need help between calls
-
so you’re never left wondering what to do next
Why it helps
Divorce coaching gives you the support most people wish they had — someone who understands what you’re going through, and helps you move through it with intention, not just reaction.
You don’t have to do this alone.
You don’t have to figure it out in a panic.
And you absolutely don’t have to lose yourself in the process.

Let’s talk about how coaching can help.
I’m Alex.
And I specialize in high-discretion divorce coaching and mediation.
I never expected to become a divorce coach. I had a long career as a working actor—and then life threw me a plot twist. My own divorce turned my world upside down, leaving me feeling like I had no solid ground to stand on.
But I made it through, stronger and more clear about who I wanted to be, and realized I wanted to be that foundation for someone else.
Now I help people move through divorce with clarity and integrity, and as little unnecessary drama as possible. Because there’s usually more than enough to go around.
